Letter Writers > Submit Your Letter > How do I submit a letter by mail?


If you would prefer to submit a paper copy of your letter to Interfolio, simply put your printed letter and your Interfolio Request Form, that contains the unique document ID and barcode, in an envelope and mail your letter to this address:

Upon receipt, we will scan and upload that letter within 1-3 business days from the time it arrives in our office. The Fileholder will receive an email notification when the document is uploaded and ready for use.
